A Place I Have Never Been is the transitional materialization on researches about the Afar Triangle (North-East of Ethiopia). The researches start with the Non-Aligned Movement and exhaustive Tito’s archive. One of his trip with Haile Sellassie is in this region, crucial in the 60’s at the war of independance of Eritrea is starting. The Afar Triangle is in between Eritrea, Djibouti and Ethiopia, so a key place to maintain the Ethiopian Empire. It’s an ongoing research based project, which will end by a visit to the Afar Sultan.

A Place I Have Never Been was part of the group exhibition and «public moments» Travelling Communique, Museum of Yugoslav History, Belgrade (Serbia).
